You Drive Charters
It's all up to you: You are provided with a fully-outfitted Yacht; You are the skipper; You supply the provisions and the bedding; You decide where you want to go, and when. Your charter boundaries are the entire inside waters of the Georgia Straits, the Johnstone Straits and the San Juan Islands of Beautiful British Columbia.
Skippered Charters
Perhaps you would feel more comfortable with a professional skipper on board for a day or two, until you become more familiar with your yacht. We will provide professional skippers by the day or week — whatever your needs, we will meet them.
Departures & Returns
Yachts will be ready for your inspection and boarding on the Sunday previous to your departure. Your personal skipper will take you for a trial run and go over the operation of the yacht and its inventory. We will make every effort to ensure you get on your way on schedule. Upon your return on Saturday, we will be there to assist you to your connecting transportation. C & H Charters takes pride in taking care of its customers before you depart, and after you return.
No Extra Charge
No extra charge for propane, crab trap, dingy and motor or BBQ. If the vessel is returned reasonably clean, there will be no charge for cleaning.
Early Boarding
To assist clients arriving by air or car, on the day previous to charter, C & H Charters will make every attempt to allow boarding on the evening prior to departure. This does depend on our crew being able to have your yacht cleaned and serviced in time.
Bedding
If you prefer to travel light, please advise us in advance. Linens, towels, sheets, blankets, and sleeping bags are available for rental.
Insurance
All our yachts are fully insured. The cost of insurance is per diem, calculated from the value of the yacht. Your security deposit covers the deductible portion of the insurance in case of an accident. If no loss or damage occurs the entire deposit will be returned within 14 days after completion of your charter.
